The team behind Safe Harbor Communications brings together expertise in wireless technology, marine environments, and a passion for keeping boaters connected.
Bret Palmer is a telecommunications professional with over a decade of experience in finance leadership roles at leading satellite and mobile virtual network operators. His passion for extending reliable connectivity to underserved areas is matched by a lifelong connection to the waterfront, shaped by learning to sail at Isthmus, Catalina Island at age 10, rowing at Long Beach State, and competing as a masters rower for more than 15 years..
Brandin Grams has spent the last decade creating multi-access edge compute projects at Intel that further enabled private cellular solutions for mission-critical use in both small and large applications alike to function in areas not previously possible. Further in his experience brought orchestration of infrastructure to iHerb.com to obtain 24/7 reliability for customers. Brandin's passion for the waterfront communities stems from his involvement as a rowing official, consulting in both course logistics and technical function, for the last 15 years.
We started Safe Harbor Communications because waterfront connectivity has been treated as an afterthought for too long. Marinas, yacht clubs, regattas, and working harbors deserve the same fast, reliable service found in city centers. Our mission is to bring carrier-grade 5G connectivity to the waterfront so location never limits performance.
We believe that choosing to spend time on the water shouldn't mean choosing to disconnect from the world. Whether you're working remotely, keeping an eye on your boat, or just wanting to stream a movie after a day on the bay, you deserve internet that actually works.
We don't sell promises — we deliver working internet. Our technology is chosen specifically because it works, not because it's trendy.
No fine print, no hidden fees, no overpromising. We tell you exactly what you're getting and we stand behind it.
We understand the marine environment because we're part of it. This isn't a generic solution — it's designed specifically for life on the water.
We'd love to hear from you. Whether you have questions about the technology or want to discuss getting connected, reach out anytime.
